Job summary

Old Granary in Wareham is looking for an organised Sous Chef to join a busy kitchen team, with consistent hours and strong support from a friendly crew.

You’ll earn £14.50 per hour plus a share of tips, enjoy 60% off meals on shift, and have access to live‑in accommodation (£77.70 a week when available). There is a clear path to Head Chef and a Level 3 apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a busy kitchen.
