Located in the World Heritage listed Cradle Mountain-Lake St Clair National Park, discover the secluded relaxation of Peppers Cradle Mountain Lodge. We are currently seeking a new Sous Chef to join our Kitchen team.
Reporting to the Head Chef, you will assist in daily food preparation, execution and be an integral part of creating new and exciting menus and experiences for our guests. Whether it be from the kitchen itself or from our extensive kitchen garden showcasing our homegrown produce, if you are looking for a role with diversity we'd love to hear from you. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver both A la Carte and Function and Wedding dining experiences.
Salary: $80,000- $85,000 including single accommodation and Meals
