  • Train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop new menu items and seasonal specials that reflect current culinary trends.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
