  • Support the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations at events and training bases
  • Lead and inspire kitchen teams, mentoring junior chefs to maintain top performance
  • Develop and deliver bespoke, seasonal menus that meet strict dietary needs
  • Ensure flawless presentation, portion control, and taste in every dish
  • Maintain exceptional food hygiene and safety standards, including HACCP compliance
  • Innovate with new dishes and continually refine existing recipes
  • Collaborate with front-of-house and event teams for seamless service
  • Manage kitchen stock, waste reduction, and resource efficiency
  • Participate in post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement
