What you'll be doing:

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for planning, preparation, cooking, and presentation of food to the standards required by the company and the client. You will also oversee stock and waste control, ensuring all hygiene and health & safety standards are met. You will work closely with the onsite leadership team.
