Sous Chef - Full Time

The Role

As a Sous Chef, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for our guests and team. You will be an expert in food quality and standards, using your knowledge to lead, engage, and inspire your team.

About You

  • You are passionate about supporting and developing your team to help them excel and uphold high standards.
  • You have experience managing the kitchen line, planning shifts, and coaching team members on the go.
  • You are knowledgeable about food safety, health and safety standards, and understand financial aspects such as gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
  • You enjoy celebrating team successes and recognizing individual needs.
