The Sous Chef role at Aria Healthcare's 62-bed nursing and residential care home in Warlingham, Surrey offers a great opportunity for a highly skilled chef to create fresh, nutritious meals for the residents. The role involves straight shifts with no evenings, and the successful candidate will have the support of a fully-supported induction and the chance to mentor the team through the company's Chef Academy.

Main duties of the job

As the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in creating delicious, nourishing meals for the residents using the best fresh ingredients available. You will need to have a passion for food and the creative flair to showcase high-level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts with no evenings, and you will receive a fully-supported induction to the technical skills required in healthcare, as well as the opportunity to mentor the team through the company's Chef Academy.
