We’re looking for a talented, driven Sous Chef to support our Head Chef and help lead a high-performing kitchen team across our restaurants and events.

What Do You Need?

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up in a premium kitchen.

  • Excellent knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen compliance.
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
