Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Southampton is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to support the Kitchen department’s strategic objectives and supervise day-to-day operations. You’ll act as an ambassador for the hotel and the Leonardo brand, motivating the team and delivering memorable experiences for guests.

You’ll build relationships with your Chefs, foster a culture of sharing skills, and strive to grow within our Senior Chef Programme.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or strong kitchen leadership.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.
• Commitment to hospitality standards and guest service.
