Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Derby is seeking a Commis Chef to support the Head Chef and keep the kitchen running smoothly. You will be part of a vibrant team, delivering high-quality food and service to guests while upholding Leonardo’s standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the Kitchen and assist the Head Chef.
• Act as an ambassador for Leonardo Hotel Derby and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate.
• Deliver consistent quality food and service in line with hotel standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to create memorable guest experiences.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.
