Job summary

Bill's Southampton is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen when the Head Chef is away, and to maintain high standards for dishes and service. The role offers a top salary of £45,600 and a supportive team culture focused on guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible for delivering great food on time, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring operational excellence across shifts in a busy restaurant environment.
