Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Southampton is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Kitchen department's strategic goals and supervise daily operations. You will work closely with the Head Chef to inspire the team and deliver memorable guest experiences, while promoting Leonardo values.

You will build relationships with Chefs and staff, share knowledge, showcase skills, and act as an ambassador for the hotel and brand. A proactive, collaborative leader is essential for success.
