Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Inverness is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen, delivering high standards of food and guest experiences. You’ll lead sections when required, thrive under pressure and be an ambassador for the hotel and Leonardo Hotels group.

All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel.
