The job is for a Sous Chef position at Aria Healthcare, which is a 48-bedded Learning Disability, Dementia & Nursing Home located in Sauchie, Alloa. The home is rated 9.6 on Carehome.co.uk and is the winner of the 2023 National Care Awards Large Care Home Group.

Main duties of the job

The Sous Chef will be responsible for creating fresh, nutritious meals for the residents using the best available ingredients. The role requires a passionate chef with creative flair who can lead by example and showcase high-level hospitality. The shifts are straight shifts with no evenings, and there will be a fully supported induction process to showcase the technical skills required in healthcare, as well as an opportunity to mentor the team through the company's own Chef academy.

We are looking for a passionate Chef that will lead by example and have the creative flair to showcase high level hospitality. The role consists of straight shifts & no evenings! There will be a fully supported induction showcasing the technical skills required in healthcare and an opportunity to mentor our teams to progress in our own Chef academy.
