We are currently looking for a Sous Chef.

To be successful for this position, you will:

  • Be currently working as a Sous Chef
  • Preferably have experience in oriental / pan-Asian cuisine (full training will be provided if not)

We will provide full support to help you understand our standard operating procedures and business ethics. Most prep work is done centrally, ensuring a clean, efficient kitchen that consistently produces high-quality dishes.

Full training and development programs will be available for the successful candidate. You should be a motivated individual who values quality and discipline in the kitchen. People management skills and a good level of English (spoken and written) are also essential.
