• At least 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant.
• Ability to assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen.
• Commitment to showcasing skills daily.

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Strong experience in cooking Asian cuisine and confidence in utilising a wok
• Ideally at least 1 year experience as a Sous Chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant
• As a senior chef, you will assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality
