What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a key role in the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards and deliver a memorable experience for every guest. You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations, from food preparation to team cooperation and running service in the Head Chef’s absence.

Key responsibilities include:

* Upholding high food hygiene and health & safety standards
* Managing portion sizes and reducing food waste to maintain profit margins
* Supporting kitchen leadership and stepping up when needed
* Working with a tight-knit team to consistently deliver quality dishes

What we’re looking for:

We’re searching for a talented chef with previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a high-quality kitchen environment. You’ll need to bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine passion for great food.

To succeed in this Hampshire-based role, you’ll need:
