Your Role as Sous Chef

• Ensure all kitchen items meet high standards.
• Support the Head Chef in running the kitchen smoothly and providing the best guest experience.
• Deputise for the Head Chef when needed.
• Train kitchen staff as part of our Everyman family.
• Manage stocktaking.
