Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team across our historic hotels in the UK. You will support the head chef in delivering exceptional menus, mentoring a dedicated kitchen team and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.

You should be passionate about fresh food, have a hands-on approach, and be keen to develop dishes that reflect our heritage while embracing new trends. We offer award-winning training and a supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality and delivering guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a team and use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the head chef in day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead and develop the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
• Ensure quality and presentation of all dishes.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to deliver memorable guest experiences.
