We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our friendly kitchen team at Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall.

Our story

Rick and Jill Stein started our family-run business in 1975. Today, we employ over 600 staff across 10 restaurants in the south of England, plus hotel rooms, cookery school, shops, and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved, along with their sons Ed, Jack, and Charlie.

The Seafood Restaurant was the first opened by Rick and Jill Stein in 1975. It is renowned for the freshest fish and shellfish, often landed locally, with a Seafood Bar where guests can watch chefs prepare oysters, langoustines, and sashimi.
