As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation of high-quality food across a range of services. You will support the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and supervision of kitchen staff, ensuring standards of excellence in both presentation and taste. This is a full-time position, available on a permanent contract.
