Job summary

Flight Club Oxford is seeking a proactive Sous Chef to drive kitchen standards and support the Kitchen Manager. You’ll lead from the front, guiding the team to deliver every dish with precision and ensuring the pass stays lively.

You’ll also manage stock and uphold our high-energy service, creating a winning team environment. You’ll champion our values on every shift: warmth, togetherness, passionate, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience as sous chef or senior chef in fast-paced kitchens.
• Proven ability to lead a team and sustain high standards.
