Job summary

Flight Club Darts is seeking a Kitchen Manager to steer a dynamic kitchen at our Exeter venue. You will lead by example, coaching the team to follow specs with precision so every dish hits the mark, while maintaining top-notch standards and a lively service pace that matches our energetic venues.

You’ll drive development, foster a collaborative culture, and ensure every shift delivers excellent food and guest experience with a side of fun.
