Dunston Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort in Norwich is seeking a capable kitchen leader to join our busy brigade as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.

You will be hands-on in the kitchen, providing guidance and mentorship to your team, ensuring the quality and delivery of food leaving the pass is to spec, and maintaining high presentation standards in a four-star, 166-bedroom hotel setting.

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.

What will I do?

Leading by example, you will be hands on in the kitchen working alongside your team, providing guidance and mentorship. You’ll ensure the quality and delivery of food leaving the kitchen pass is to spec, to a very high standard and presentable.

Is this the role for me?

• Previousexperience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
• Have worked in a hotel environment or in a busy,high volumeoperation
• Conference, banqueting & events catering experience would beideal
• Quality & standards drivenwith a keen eye fordetail
• People management experience
• Strong knowledge of GP, stock control,costsand wastage
