Responsibilities include:

• Running a section in the kitchen and ensuring your team works together seamlessly.
• Leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
• Supporting food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
• Mastering the art of working with a branded menu.
• Managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team confidently.
• Ensuring health and hygiene regulations are followed by your team.
