Job summary

Toby Carvery in Marston Green is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and lead a busy kitchen team. You will manage food preparation, ordering and stock control while delivering high standards on a branded menu.

You will motivate your team, maintain hygiene compliance, and help the restaurant smash targets. The role includes a competitive salary, pension, 28 days holiday and staff discounts through Mitchells & Butlers.

• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
