Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a private members club in central Lymington and are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their team.

Only 3 evenings per week

Package

Our client is one of the most prestigious private members clubs in the UK, with over 2,000 individuals and organise social events throughout the year, as well as the yacht meets during the season.

This company do not do walk in's, so you will always know what you are catering for - whether an event, party, social gathering or an organised meal for the members.

What's involved?

In this role, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the clubs kitchen. You'll work alongside the Head Chef to craft Fresh food visionary dishes that go with the high-end look of this property, using local ingredients where possible, as well as cover his days off.

Your responsibilities extend to managing daily supplier orders and conducting monthly stock takes.

Effective communication is crucial - you'll liaise with the Club Manager on-site to coordinate seamlessly.

A rough week looks like the below;

Monday - No lunch & 40/50 covers evening for racing event

Tuesday - No lunch & closed for dinner

Wednesday - Lunch & closed for dinner

Thursday - Lunch & 40/50 covers evening

Friday - Lunch & tapas dinner menu

Saturday - Lunch & dinner

Sunday lunch - usually 70/80 covers
