Sous Chef – ROCKFISH LYME REGIS NOW OPEN!

Rockfish Lyme Regis is now open, and we’re looking for a Sous Chef to help lead our kitchen team.

We’re a Top 50 Best Company to Work For in the UK, serving MSC-certified sustainable seafood landed fresh daily from Brixham Fish Market. If you're a talented chef with a passion for leadership, sustainability, and career progression, this is an incredible opportunity to grow with us.

  • Your Role as Sous Chef: Cook exceptional seafood dishes, ensuring every plate meets Rockfish standards
  • Lead and inspire a talented kitchen team, driving consistency and excellence
  • Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and service
  • Maintain high standards in food safety, stock control, and cost management
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences

Package: Basic Salary £33,000 + £3,000 Welcome Bonus! + approximately £6,000 gratuities + Overtime.
