Boulebar South Bank, un bar de pétanque français situé à Spitalfields, recherche un Sous Chef expérimenté. Vous serez responsable de la préparation des plats tout en gérant l'inventaire et en maintenant un haut niveau de standards de sécurité alimentaire. Le poste nécessite une expérience préalable en cuisine et des compétences solides en gestion d'équipe. Les quarts de travail incluent les soirées et les week-ends, avec une disponibilité immédiate.
We are a fun-loving petanque bar based in Spitalfields, right in the heart of London. We are a French-inspired activity bar where our guests can enjoy French delicacies like a classic charcuterie board, croquettes, or oysters for starters while playing petanque on our lanes.
We are looking for EXPERIENCED Sous Chefs who have previous experience not only as a chef in the kitchen but also with inventory management, stock-taking, and a strong knowledge of products, food hygiene, and health and safety. The ideal candidate should be motivational, possess strong team management skills, and have an exceptional eye for detail.

Availability: You must be able to work on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Weekend and evening shifts will be required.
