Job Title: Sous Chef

We are seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef to join our esteemed kitchen team. As a Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations, maintaining culinary standards, and contributing to menu development. If you are passionate about culinary arts, possess leadership skills, and are committed to high standards, we invite you to take on this leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Head Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
  2. Oversee and participate in the cooking and presentation of dishes.
  3. Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  4. Supervise and train kitchen staff, promoting collaboration and excellence.
  5. Collaborate with the culinary team in developing and updating menu offerings.
  6. Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of kitchen supplies.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
