We’re looking for a talented Sous Chef to work at London’s most exciting entertainment venue, who will be dedicated to the Hippodrome with a desire to develop your career. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and be responsible for the smooth running of the Kitchen, whilst ensuring the highest standards of best practice and service standards are maintained.

It is essential that you have at least two years’ experience as a Sous Chef in a high volume restaurant with proven standards and excellent reviews.
