We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading our kitchen team. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining food quality, training team members, and ensuring smooth and efficient service.. . What You’ll Do:. • Work alongside the Head Chef to manage all aspects of kitchen operations. • Supervise and support the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food and hygiene. • Oversee prep, cooking, and service across all sections. • Lead by example in quality, speed, and organisation. • Support stock control, waste management, and kitchen cleanliness. • Help train and develop junior chefs to build a strong, confident team. .
