The Role

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for creating fresh, nutritious meals for 100 residents using high-quality ingredients. The ideal candidate is passionate, creative, and capable of leading by example, mentoring the team, and showcasing high-level hospitality. The role involves straight shifts with no evenings.
