We are looking for an experienced and passionateSous Chefto join our Michelin-starred Japanese kitchen in White City.

Our restaurant is dedicated to delivering an exceptional Omakase experience through a meticulously crafted 19-course tasting menu, featuring the highest quality sushi, nigiri and refined hot dishes.

What We’re Looking For:
As Sous Chef, I’m seeking a right-hand team member who brings both precision and leadership to the table. You should have:

Exceptional knife skillsand familiarity with Japanese ingredients and techniques

Strong cooking fundamentals, particularly in high-end, fine dining environments

Proven ability to lead and manage a team, maintaining consistency and calm under pressure

Experience withstructured service, including back-to-back sittings and fast-paced execution

A collaborative, humble, and detail-oriented approach to your craft

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution

Lead the kitchen team with organisation, energy, and clear communication

Ensure quality, hygiene, and consistency across all courses

Help develop and refine dishes in line with seasonal changes and creative direction

Uphold our Michelin-level standards with pride and professionalism

Work closely with a focused, driven team in an intimate, high-standard kitchen

Opportunities to grow creatively and technically in the art of Japanese cuisine
