Great opportunity for a Sous Chef to work in an elegant Italian gastro-pub in the heart of Acton. The restaurant is looking for someone to start ASAP. This role is ideal for a chef seeking to improve and attain a higher position. Essential requirements: Good knowledge and experience of classic Italian and worldwide dishes and cuisines.

The responsibilities include:

1. Directing the food preparation process and delegating tasks
2. Cooking and preparing high-quality dishes
3. Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes
4. Managing administrative tasks such as orders, delivery organization, temperature checks, and opening/closing procedures

Applicants must have settlement status and the right to work in the UK.

Salary: minimum £40,000 per year, with potential up to £43,000.
