Qualifications

  • Experience in a kitchen environment as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Ability to manage and lead a team efficiently.
  • Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Run a section and lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Support food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Train and inspire team members to deliver quality food.
