Busy Summer Trade | Stunning Seaside Location | Visa Sponsorship Offered

A new opening is launching in North Wales and it's set to be busy with 600+ covers a day during peak season.

Our client is an independent group known for relaxed, high-quality dining in scenic coastal spots. They focus on local produce, warm service, and thoughtful design.

Now, they're looking for a Sous Chef to join the kitchen team at their exciting new site.

What you'll be doing:
  1. Supporting the Head Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen
  2. Leading the team during service and managing sections
  3. Training and mentoring junior chefs
  4. Helping with menu development and specials
  5. Maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene
What you'll need:
  1. 2-3 years experience in a Sous Chef or above
  2. Background in fresh food kitchens, cooking A la Carte in a busy restaurant or brasseries
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills
  4. Good English (IELTS 4.0+ for visa)
  5. A passion for working with local, seasonal produce
