Overview

As a Sous Chef, you will take a lead role in preparing a wide range of dishes with quality, pace, and professionalism in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Our beautiful city centre Bella Italia is located at the bottom of buzzing Briggate, the city's main shopping street. It's not far from both the Grand Theatre and the Vue cinema too.

Responsibilities

• Create a wide range of dishes - From starters to desserts, delivering quality every time.
• Work as a team - Keep up the pace and energy in the kitchen.
• Ensure safety & hygiene - Always maintaining the highest food safety standards.
• Communicate & stay organised - Keep the kitchen running smoothly under pressure.
• Guide & mentor junior chefs - Share your skills and help the team develop & grow.
