We are looking for hands-on, passionate individuals to assist the Kitchen Manager in the day-to-day running of our busy kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering a brand-led menu, maintaining high food standards, and managing food and payroll costs. A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to guide the team and stay calm under pressure are essential.
Our P&G menus feature a wide range of offerings, from stacked burgers and sticky wings to health & wellness bowls. We update our menus throughout the year to keep them fresh and exciting. The volume of prep work in our busy hotel kitchen will be a challenge for the successful candidate.
