About the Role

Sous Chef at Cathay Pacific Terminal 3 Heathrow Airport

Package Description

• £16.25 per hour
• 40 hours contract
• 4 on and 2 off pattern (2 early and 2 late)

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure all food is stored, handled, and packed at the correct temperature and in accordance with Food Handling and Hygiene Regulations.
• Maintain records of temperatures and remedial actions, reporting issues to your line manager.
• Serve on the food counters following all customer service standards.
• Keep work areas clean and dispose of waste correctly.
• Ensure kitchen staff correctly label and date all food items, considering allergens.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation as per client specifications.
• Present all food and beverages ensuring quality and quantity are consistently monitored and maintained.
• Properly maintain and replenish buffet and stock levels for all food and beverage items, in line with food safety standards.
