Job summary

Toby Carvery Shiremoor is seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to lead a kitchen section, train staff and uphold brand standards. You will support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and drive your team to deliver great food and memorable guest experiences.

This full-time role offers progression opportunities, exposure to branded menus, and continuous training with paid qualifications.
