Details:

Location: Hastings Court, 314 The Ridge, Hastings TN34 2RA

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £15.60 per hour

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Shift: Days

Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef in managing our fast-paced, state-of-the-art kitchen
• Deliver food to the highest standards alongside the kitchen team
• Ensure nutritional care/support plans are followed for residents
• Prepare nutritional snacks as required
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and palatability
• Manage stock control, replenishing, and ordering

Requirements:

• Ideally 2 years catering experience
• Knowledge of regulations
• Experience with therapeutic and textured diets is advantageous
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality service
• Ability to work creatively within a structured menu
