Eurest UK is seeking an ambitious Sous Chef to join our team in Greater London on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week). You will work with a passionate team to deliver high-quality, fresh ingredients and memorable experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Previous sous chef experience in a catering/food service environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, fresh ingredients.
• Flexibility for part-time schedules and shift patterns.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Prepare delicious, high-quality food for clients and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve our food service.
• Create a positive kitchen environment where the team thrives.
• Support the team in delivering our food concepts to customers.
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image.
• Assist with ordering food, stock control and waste management.
• Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards.
• Help manage budgets and meet financial targets.
• Comply with Food Handling and Hygiene standards.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Eurest on a part time basis, contracted to 22.5 hours per week.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Identifying opportunities to improve our food service
• Creating a positive kitchen environment where your team feel welcomed and supported
• Supporting the team in delivering our tasty food concepts to our customers
• Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
• Supporting the team with ordering food, stock control and controlling food waste
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
• Supporting the team to manage budgets and successfully meet financial targets
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
