Compass Group UK&I is seeking a part-time Sous Chef to join Eurest’s culinary team in a busy kitchen. The role involves preparing high-quality meals, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting the team in delivering innovative food concepts to clients daily.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of thriving under pressure, and passionate about using fresh ingredients to drive guest satisfaction. The position supports work-life balance with a 28-hour week.

• Experience as a Sous Chef and ability to lead a kitchen team.

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for Eurest on a part time basis, contracted to 28 hours per week.

As a Sous Chef, you will be working alongside a truly passionate team to create an outstanding culinary experience.
