Brother Marcus Limited in London is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily operations, mentor the team and ensure exceptional hospitality across our central London sites. This role offers a competitive salary of £50,000–£55,000 depending on experience and troncs, plus benefits including pension, staff discount, food on shift, and wellbeing support.
