Job summary

LGH Hotels Management Limited operates hotels in the UK, with the Holiday Inn London - Regent’s Park Hotel as a flagship property. We are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team and help deliver consistently high‑quality food across the hotel.

Working closely with the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen, bring structure and confidence to daily operations, support menu delivery, uphold standards and ensure smooth kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie.
• Ability to lead and support a team in a busy kitchen.
• Focus on food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Capable of working calmly under pressure.
• Solid understanding of food safety and health & safety standards.
• Leads by example and develops others.
• Organised, reliable and commercially aware.

Job description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join our culinary team and play a key role in delivering consistently high‑quality food across the hotel.
