Sous Chef – Fine Dining – Beaconsfield

Sous Chef Duties:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in menu development, focusing on locally sourced, sustainable ingredients such as rare-breed meats and fresh, seasonal produce
  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation that align with Michelin aspirations
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
  • Oversee kitchen operations during busy service, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering, and wastage to maintain efficiency and profitability
  • Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and an unforgettable dining experience
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of a high-end, fine-dining kitchen
