Shepherd Neame is looking for a Sous Chef to join our team. If you are a proven chef with experience at a senior level and are seeking a new challenge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Swan and Dog, located in the historic village of Great Chart near Ashford, is a timber-framed building dating back to the 16th century. Originally named the Swan Inn, it was renamed in tribute to the other pub in the village, the Black Dog.

This role involves supporting the Head Chef, deputising in their absence, and assisting with the development of the kitchen team to deliver efficient, high-quality food service to our customers.
