We’re looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team in a stunning hotel venue in Goole. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong CDP who’s ready to step up into a Sous Chef role.
You’ll be part of a small chef brigade, preparing fresh, seasonal dishes and daily specials for up to 25 covers a night, as well as organizing wedding and event meals. All food is made in-house under the leadership of an experienced and supportive Head Chef, who has plenty to teach.
We value great organisation, strong mise en place, and a sense of humour in the kitchen. No egos – just good cooking and a fun, collaborative team environment.
