What’s involved?
The Sous Chef is responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen and leading a team of 10 under the guidance of an accomplished Executive Head Chef. Responsibilities include menu planning, implementing HACCP procedures, and adhering to up-to-date health & safety legislation. The role suits an experienced Sous Chef; a background with a rosette-style cuisine is preferred but not essential.
